ADAM CRITCHLOW| MANAGING DIRECTOR
Adam is the Managing Director of Foot In The Door, working behind the scenes to create content and direct the team.
Adam is the founding director of The AC Product. He has worked in the Audio/Visual Production sector for over 6 years, with professional experience in softwares including Pro Tools , Logic Pro, Melodyne, and Photography/Videography.
He has worked alongside BBC engineers and industry leaders in AV across the world and trained specifically in vocal production by leading engineers in the UK and US.
The AC Product launched 'The Vocal Project' in 2022 with Vocal Jam and The Vocal Room (an A Cappella club-night and an A Cappella live lounge series) and since 2022 we have held Vocal Jams in nightclubs and venues all over the UK and The Vocal Room as accumulated over half a million views.

ANOUSHKA PLUWAK | BRAND COORDINATOR / ARTIST MANAGER
Anoushka is the Brand Coordinator and Artist Manager for Foot In The Door, working as Creative Director of the brand as well as social media and communications. She is also the main point of contact for venues and events within the company.
She has previously worked as Events Coordinator for 'Music Durham' , as well as Durham University's International Award Winning Vocal Group 'Northern Lights'.
Anoushka has performed multiple times on a broadway stage and venues like the O2 Indigo behind the scenes and onstage. She has spearheaded the event production of two sell-out fringe shows in 2023/2024, both as a performer and logistical operator, liaising with venues and companies.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Music and with an extensive list of events under her belt, she is excited to work with new musicians and expand the range of opportunities for musicians within the UK gig scene.

NICKLAUS LAU|EVENT
MANAGER / HOUSE BAND
Nick is our event manager who is responsible for all aspects of the live events logistics and technical support. He ensures that the events run as they should so that performers can focus on the music. He is also our house pianist who accompanies our artists.
Nick has worked with musicians for over 5 years in a technical and theoretical capacity. He is an award winning vocal arranger and musical director and has done live sound for artists around the UK from small club venues, all the way to large scale theatres.
Nick studied Music at Durham University and a has a masters degree in business management, whilst involving himself with award winning vocalists and taking them to broadway stages under his musical leadership.
